The alternative is another 6.6-litre V-8 engine, but this time it’s a Duramax turbodiesel. The diesel develops 445 horsepower and an immense 910 lb.-ft. of torque. Regardless of engine, drivetrain, or trim level, the power gets sent to the wheels through an Allison 10-speed automatic transmission.
